A mid-January tradition for me and my husband is to schedule a quick trip to Florida for a couple of days of golf and relaxation. The trip always includes a spending time with two of our dearest friends, Dave and Margo DeKock. The DeKocks are a few years older than we are, and spend the colder half of each year in Florida in their retirement. GRATITUDE is the word that comes to mind when I think of our relationship with the DeKocks. They are a wonderful Christian couple, who have worked hard to become successful, while raising their children to love the Lord. As parents, we pray our children will have good friends, who can also serve as role models. The DeKocks definitely fit that bill for me and my husband.
